1B. Wedding Reception ''Lite''

Jemstar WEDDING RECEPTION "LITE" Wedding Package

Realizing that not everyone has a need for EVERY aspect of the services that I offer, this is the first of TWO radical experimental packages I came up with brought on by the effects of the current economic situation we are all experiencing.

You can customize your own package! Starting from my normal FULL-SERVICE rate, I'll allow a deduction of $100 (up to FIVE (5) exclusions MAXIMUM) for each item listed in my Full Package ABOVE that you can honestly say you can do without for your wedding reception.

Range: $350-$1200 plus (depending on time of year and/or week etc).

1-Wedding Lite - No ''Tux''

The following are the Wedding "Lite" OPT-OUT Deductions available only with the Wedding "Lite" Package mentioned above.

I won't need you to be "Professionally attired" This affair is going to be VERY informal. You'll be able to wear a "Company Oxford" or a "Hawaiian Shirt"

2-Wedding Lite - No ''Experienced DJ"

I won't need a "DJ/Entertainer / "Dance Facilitator" with over 25 years Mobile Wedding Disc Jockey / Entertainment experience" or "Tasteful and fun guest interaction to keep my dance floor full"
I either: A] expect NO dancing B] Will provide you with a song list that will be strictly held to C] I won't mind whether the dance floor is full or not.

NOTE: CHOOSING THIS OPTION MEANS THAT YOU EITHER ARE PROVIDING OR ALLOWING SOMEONE ELSE TO PERFORM DISC JOCKEY / MUSICAL DUTIES

3-Wedding Lite - No ''MC / Master of Ceremonies"

I will not need an "Emcee" / "Master of Ceremonies" ...There will be no announcements (or) I will be providing an MC.
Keep in mind what the number one fear in America is: Public Speaking!

NOTE: CHOOSING THIS OPTION MEANS THAT YOU EITHER ARE PROVIDING OR ALLOWING SOMEONE ELSE TO PERFORM ANNOUNCEMENTS

4-Wedding Lite - No ''UNLIMITED Performance Time"

I will not need "more than 4 hours of your performance time"

5-Wedding Lite - No ''UNLIMITED Planning Consults"

I won't need "Unlimited pre-planning consultations" ...My wedding will be so simple, I'm sure I can just use your On-Line Planning System and follow with a short telephone consultation.

NOTE: If you're going to want your DJ to professionally make introductions and announcements, help coordinate and make your event special so to allow you to sit back and enjoy your reception, then taking this deduction is highly NOT RECOMMENDED; COMMUNICATION IS KEY! One can NEVER have too much of it.

6-Wedding Lite - No ''On-Line Planning System"

I will not need your "Convenient on-line planning system" powered by 'DJ Intelligence™', including complete access to your Song Request Database. My affair will be simple enough to communicate everything during our unlimited planning consultations OR in one 90 minute (or less) phone consultation.

NOTE: If you also decline "Unlimited pre-planning consultations", then taking this deduction as well is highly NOT RECOMMENDED, especially for LONG DISTANCE PLANNING. I cannot overemphasize the necessity for complete communication for the success of your reception! Any bad wedding reception dj you've ever witnessed was likely due to inadequate communication!

7-Wedding Lite - No ''Second System"

I will not need "Service and sound for my ceremony or a Second system for remote entertaining" ...My ceremony will be covered elsewhere; (and / or) the Cocktails will all be in the same room as the reception.

8-Wedding Lite - No ''Lighting/FX"

I will not need any "Lighting/FX for dancing" either because it will be daytime with too much sunlight, OR lights will be provided, OR I actually prefer the dance area either completely dark or with the house lights on, OR there will be no dancing.

9-Wedding Lite - No ''Music Collection"

I will not need your "Extensive music collection;" Over 25,000 digital tunes (and growing), with the latest to the greatest hits, all prepared to MY personalized specifications, always to meet any of me and my guest's musical requests.
I'll be providing my own collection for you to play -OR- there will be no dancing. (This is actually not that uncommon).

NOTE: CHOOSING THIS OPTION MEANS THAT YOU EITHER ARE PROVIDING YOUR OWN MUSIC (CDs, MP3s, etc)

9A-Wedding Lite - No ''Coordination With Vendors"

I should not require "Coordination with an entire vendor team to ensure the effortless flow of my party" ...I expect to hire NO OTHER Wedding Vendors (NO Wedding Coordinator / Planner, Photographer, Videographer, Caterer, Banquet Manager, etc).

NOTE: The importance of a PROFESSIONAL Wedding Coordinator / Planner is so great (as important as utilizing a professional Disc Jockey / Entertainer) because the details of ANY wedding can become so overwhelming...It is NOT as easy as many people believe.
If you so decide, contact me for some excellent referrals.

9C-Wedding Lite - No ''Ceremony Rehearsal"

I should not require your presence at my "Wedding Ceremony Rehearsal" because...
A] I will not be using your services for our ceremony (We have it taken care of; We will not be having a ceremony; We're already married...etc)
B] Our ceremony will be so simple, it will not be necessary
