Providing your own additional music as well is welcome.

Please note: Four (4) "Performance Hours" is the normal recommended amount of time for most wedding receptions.

06-Wedding AlaCarte -"UNLIMITED Planning Consults" I will need "Unlimited pre-planning consultations" ...My wedding will be unique and detailed;
Combined with your On-Line Planning System will be extremely beneficial.

NOTE: If you're going to want your DJ to professionally make introductions and announcements, help coordinate and make your event special so to allow you to sit back and enjoy your reception, then taking this element is highly RECOMMENDED; COMMUNICATION IS KEY! One can NEVER have too much of it.

07-Wedding AlaCarte -''On-Line Planning System'' I will need your "Convenient on-line planning system" powered by 'DJ Intelligence', including complete access to your Song Request Database. My affair may be complicated enough as to require MORE than unlimited planning consultations AND/OR we may not be available for face-to-face planning consultations.

NOTE: If you decline "Unlimited pre-planning consultations", then taking this is highly RECOMMENDED, especially for LONG DISTANCE PLANNING. I cannot overemphasize the necessity for complete communication for the success of your reception! Any bad wedding reception DJ you've ever witnessed was likely due to inadequate communication!

08-Wedding AlaCarte -''Additional System'' I will need your "4-Speaker Wireless Service & Sound for my ceremony and/or a second system for remote entertaining" ...My ceremony will be quite remote from the main reception area, and sound quality for my guests means a lot to me; (and / or) Cocktails will NOT be in the same room as the reception.
09-Wedding AlaCarte -''Coordination With Vendors''

I will require the DJ to "Coordinate with my entire vendor team to ensure the effortless flow of my party" ...I expect to hire OTHER Wedding Vendors (IE: Wedding Coordinator / Planner, Photographer, Videographer, Caterer, Banquet Manager, etc).

NOTE: The importance of a PROFESSIONAL Wedding Coordinator / Planner is so great (as important as utilizing a professional Disc Jockey / Entertainer) because the details of ANY wedding can become so overwhelming...It is NOT as easy as many people believe.
If you so decide, contact me for some excellent referrals for great professional Planners and Coordinators.
